Cheesecake


One my favorite desserts. The recipe is fairly simple and turns out very tasty!))




For the basics, we need:
200 gr. of biscuits
100 gr. (0.5 packs) softened butter


Toppings:
3 medium eggs
150 ml. (0.75 c.) Whipping cream
140 gr. (1 tbsp.) Powdered sugar
600 gr. cream cheese "Mascarpone"
10 ml. (1 tsp) vanilla
Depending on the basic ingredient (cheese, ricotta, or cream cheese) can turn dessert different consistency and taste.

Base: Crush cookies to fine-primelkuyu crumb. Very convenient to use this blender, well or float. In grind cookies, add the softened butter at room temperature and stir well. The mixture was put in a split form with a diameter of about 20 cm, spread evenly over the bottom and ledges and tamp firmly. Bake in a preheated 160 C oven for 10 minutes, leave to cool.
Toppings: cheese room temperature whisk thoroughly with powdered sugar - it should be smooth and uniform. Continuing to whisk, enter the cream, eggs and vanilla.
In the form of already cooled lay the foundation cheese stuffing. Wrap the form in two layers of foil so that the inside is not exactly flooded with water. Put it in a container and pour more water until the middle of the flanges form with dessert.
This makeshift water bath place in a preheated 160 ° C oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. When time is up, turn off the heat, slightly open the oven door and leave as 1:00.
Remove the bread pan with a pastry from the oven, remove the foil, cover with cling film and put a few hours in the refrigerator.
Before removing the cheesecake from the mold, draw knife along ledges.
