INGREDIENTS:
1-1.5 cups flour
mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
bio-with (any milk product) - 100 gr
baking powder - 0.5 tsp
salt - a pinch
sugar - 1 tsp
vegetable oil 200 ml
We proceed to the preparation of:
Bio-mix with mayonnaise, baking soda, salt, sugar (I added a little water - maybe 30 grams, you can add a little milk, but not necessarily)
Gradually add flour. I first spoon and stir domeshivayu hands. The dough should be very soft, barely can stick to hands. The softer the dough, the "air" will baursaks
Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes (sometimes I wait for 5 minutes)
Roll the dough 0.5 cm thick and cut diamonds (squares)
Heat the oil in a frying pan. oil should be enough to make the dough in it floated
Baursaks fry until golden color with a nice two sides
Baursaks ready to spread on a paper towel to soak up excess oil
Served as a hot and cold
