Panna cotta

Delicious Italian dessert is cooked very simply, looks amazing and everyone likes)





For this we need: 

200 ml (1 cup) heavy cream (30%) 
75 g (3 tbsp) brown sugar 
60 ml (3 tbsp) milk 
40 ml (2 tbsp) water 
5 g (1 tsp) gelatin 
1 vanilla pod 
120 ml (6 tbsp) of raspberry jam

Well, let's start cooking.

Soak gelatin in cold water for 20 minutes. 

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, pour the milk and cream, thither vanilla pod and contents himself pod, add the sugar. 

Put the vanilla cream on a slow fire and bring them almost to a boil. 

Remove the pan from the heat, add the gelatin and quickly whisk whisk until dissolved.
